1. MEMBERSHIP AND PROFILES

Respect also extended beyond the site and harassment, bulling or offensive behaviour conducted on other sites towards members of the site will also result in actions and sanctions taking place.
Harassment and Bulling can take many forms, including, but not limited to:
- repeated contact either in private or public areas after
- making offensive remarks about a member that are likely to cause serious offence to either the member or other members
- being negative and ‘putting down’ members on their thoughts, beliefs, appearance
Offensive language (i.e. swearing) is tolerated provided it does not form any of the above.
1.4. MEMBER CONDUCT ON INFORMATION, DATA AND MEDIA CONSUMPTION
You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not the site are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise

The following guidelines must be followed.
- JPEG/JPG images only with a .jpg extension only.
- no files greater than 2MB can be uploaded.
- facial blur is acceptable.
- there must be NO explicit pictures as your main profile image.
- valid file names can only include ' abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890_.[]^()' letters and numbers
- all photos must be of YOU and comply with UK and International copyright laws.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in some or all of your images being removed without warning, your profile may be removed, or legal action may be taken as appropriate.
1.6. PROFILE PICTURE RATINGS
When you upload a picture you must provide a rating - you must rate the photos and images you upload correctly.
General - images that are not of of a sexual nature or adult theme
Adult - images that are of a sexual nature or adult theme (male or female)
Images and photos that are rated incorrectly may result in some or all of your images being removed without warning, your profile may be removed, or legal action may be taken as appropriate.
1.6. TERMINATION
You agree that the site in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if the site believes that you have
violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the site. The site may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that the site may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service.
