Rule No.1: There is ALWAYS an ASSHOLE!

  Ok, stay with me on this one, I’ll get there eventually! AND forgive the vulgar words but they are needed for effect!

   

  I am blessed and very lucky. I have a full head of long blonde hair. HOWEVER, it has not always been long and not always blonde. Its a recent development. I WORRY about what people think about a man with long blonde hair! Maybe its a British thing, maybe a guilt thing, worrying about how I’m perceived, how people will react. I worry about what people will think at work/in the family/in the pub/in the street/etc. You know what I have found? No-one really gives a shit. Everyone has their own worries/hang-ups/fears/stress/life. Everyone out there has their own bubble to worry about. Everyone looks different and everyone IS different.

   

  So I got to thinking, surely its the same with dressing as woman. Everyone out there has their own shit to worry about. So what, its a guy in a dress. Everyones seen one on telly/in the street/in a show/in town/more and more everyday! So what? Big deal. Yes, there will ALWAYS be an ASSHOLE who will state the bloody obvious, maybe even take the piss. BUT there is ALWAYS an ASSHOLE!!!! Its a rule of life - the world has ASSHOLES! Its a failing in humanity that hasn’t been evolved out yet. Whether you are tall/short/fat/thin/bearded/bespectacled/black/white/ginger/etc/etc - there will always be an ASSHOLE to say a smart, wise-ass comment. Its a guaranteed fact.

   

  So...... should I contunue worrying what people think, or use the bloody obvious evidence in front of my nose that no-one really cares?
