My name is Sally and I’m writing on behalf of Dee Selecta. We are trying to improve our service to you and would love your feedback. We are looking to host a choice of different parties and would like to know what you would be interested in. Please spend a few minutes to fill in the following questionnaire and please add any other comments, good or bad, this way can tailor to suit the majority of our customers.

Would you be interested in any of the following parties? : -
1 Pamper Party (£10)- Drinks, sandwiches and cakes would be waitress served. Plus a make up demonstration and cut price make up to buy.
2 Themed Party (£10)– Is there any theme that you would be interested in?
IE – Masked Ball, Fetish Party etc
3 A Disco (£10)– Somewhere for you to get your glitter and dance shoes on.
4 A hot meal (£15) – Chilli or potato ash served with rice and crusty bread.
5 Couples Party (£15 a couple) – Somewhere to bring your partner to meet like-minded couples. Refreshments included.
6 Any other Party that you would be interested in?
